For any returns for refund or exchange, the customer should contact us by email within 30 days of the purchase date and wait for our written approval before sending back his item. 

An administration fee of 10% of the initial price plus all shipping cost will be charged on all flute returns for refunds and the item should be sent in the perfect initial conditions it was received.

No administration fees will be charged if exchange for a flute of the same value or more, only the difference in prices will apply.
